400T/D Testliner/Fluting Paper Production Project Henan, China

In December, 2014, Leizhan delivered a complete 400T/D Testliner/Fluting paper  production system for Zhengzhou Kanghua Paper Mill. The 400T/D Testliner/Fluting paper machine pulping system applies to LOCC as raw material to make high quality  Testliner/Corrugated paper. Until now, the new 400T/D Testliner/Fluting paper manufacturing system has successfully started-up and created great value for the customer.

Leizhan-supplied paper machines

Leizhan supplied Testliner/Fluting paper machines for our customer contained a complete LOCC stock preparation project. Machines like a full set of pulping equipment, high and mid density cleaner equipment, stainless steel BFW series chain conveyor and ZG series drum pulper, tail treatment equipment vibrating screen and a 5m³ broke paper processing pulping equipment were included in the scope of supply.

Main products

Vibrating screen: Mainly used for screening and removing various contaminated in pulp suspension.
Drum pulper: Mainly used for continuous gentle pulping and coarse screening of waste paper under high consistency. Few quick-wear parts, continuous pulping, low maintenance cost.
