Removal of contaminants with minimal fiber loss
Leizhan cleaning equipment is used to remove various heavy contaminants in waste paper pulp. This provides a clean fiber material and at the same time reduces wear and burden of following equipment. Leizhan high density and low density cleaners can be used for waste paper stock preparation system, approach flow system, and virgin fiber stock preparation system.
In order to minimize fiber losses, reject and contaminates should be cleaned and removed in the subsequent cleaning step. There are two to three cleaning stages in Leizhan’s waste paper stock preparation system.
