450T/D Testliner/Fluting Paper Making Project Hubei

Leizhan received an order from the Hubei Suizhou Xingfengyuan Paper Co., Ltd. to supply a complete testliner/fluting paper making line. The new 450T/D testliner/fluting paper manufacturing project has successfully commissioning in January, 2013. And the kraft liner/corrugated paper production line has created a great value for Xingfengyuan Paper Plant.

The new testliner/fluting paper making project is designed for environmentally friendly and cost-effective operations and will enable Xingfengyuan Paper Plant to produce consistent paper quality with higher brightness paper grades to meet customer expectations.

Leizhan-supplied main paper making machines for the complete 450T/D testliner/fluting paper manufacturing system includes: Mid consistency pressure screen, Single effect fiber separator, Reject separator, Mid density cleaner,Long fiber low density cleaner, etc.
