H.C. Hydrapulper Equipment Maintenance

H.C. Hydrapulper Equipment is mainly for paper pulping in waste paper deinking process, for h.c. hydrapulper equipment long service life, some maintenance need to do.

1. Regularly check the lubrication of h.c. hydrapulper equipment operating parts, the rolling bearings plus 2 calcium-based grease every two weeks, cleaning and replacement once a year.

2. The h.c. hydrapulper equipment should be always checked, the bolts should not be loosened, motor shall not exceed the rated current, bearing temperature exceeds the ambient temperature 35 ℃ should be shut down for inspection.

3. Prevent metal and other hard debris fall into the slurry tank.
