Scope of supply of 1000 wet paper machine:
- Back part: diameter 350mm
- Cylinder part: three diameter 1500mm round cylinder mould coating
- Dryer cylinder: 1 diameter 1550mm cylinder, 1 diameter 500mm touch roll.
- Finishing end: 8m sheet layer
Technical parameter is the design basis of each part of paper machine and auxiliary equipment. Each part of paper machine and auxiliary device will be strictly tested according to following parameters.
- Finished paper type: paper board
- Basis weight: 800-3000g/m²
- Net paper width: 1000mm
- Design speed: 70m/min
- Working speed: 30-60m/min
- Distant between sole-plates: 1800mm
