Recently, the paper pulping equipment is delivered by Leizhan for Ukraine 130t/d tube paper making, the equipment consist of D-type hydrapulper, high density cleaner, m.c. pressure screen, etc.
High Density Cleaner& M.C. Pressure Screen
High Density Cleaner:
1. Two ceramic cone, cone is about 30mm, wear-resisting.
2. Pulp inlet and discharge tank is 304 stainless steel.
3. There are two discharge valve in discharge tank, is the China best quality.
M.C. Pressure Screen:
1. Bearing is NSK from Japan
2. Mechanical seal is double face, made by American, which used for protecting bearing, if one face damaged, the other face still can use
3. The automatic oil injection device is from Korea
4. The automatic water device from Finland, which used for protect machenical seal.
