Difference Bewteen Fiber Separator and Coarse Screen
Mid consistency coarse screen and fiber separator are used for screening and removing impurities in waste paper pulp in waste paper processing line.
Under the same output, coarse screen has low power ratio, small mesh selection, therefore it can be more energy efficient and get a better quality of pulp. Separator is mainly used for processing tail impurities of coarse screen, fiber separator have rotor and sieve plate for secondary relief, to relief and filter coarse screen tailings.
