Waste paper is an more and more important raw material for paper and pulp industry. According to this condition, Leizhan develops suitable paper pulp production equipment for waste paper recycling.
Take 150T/24H waste paper recycling line for example, Leizhan designs the following solutions for paper plants to produce fine finished pulp for packing paper production.

Firstly, use BFW1400 chain conveyor for conveying waste paper, paper board to pulper.
Then, use ZDSD27 D type hydrapulper for pulping and breaking waste paper and screening out impurities in paper pulp.
After that, ZSC5 high density cleaner for removing heavy impurities like staple, sand, stones in paper pulp.
After pulp cleaning, Inclined screen will used for screening and washing of paper pulp.
Then, ZNS0.9 mid consistency pressure screen for coarse screening of paper pulp. PZ2 reject separator will be for removing light impurity in paper pulp.
After coarse screening, ZSC5 mid density cleaner for removing heavy impurity in paper pulp.
Then, ZNS1.2 mid consistency pressure screen for fine screening of paper pulp.
Lastly, NLS series inflow pressure screen before paper machine will be used for fine screening of paper pulp.
In addition, ZTJ850 pulp chest agitator for keeping pulp in even distribution and suspension condition. KS series pulp pump will be used for transporting liquid or solid material in paper making industry.
