60T/D Cardboard Paper Making Project

60T/D Cardboard Paper Making Project consist of cardboard paper pulping process and cardboard paper making process, while the cardboard paper pulping process includes top layer pulping and bottom layer pulping.

Cardboard Paper Top Layer Pulping Process

The commodity pulp firstly into the D-type hydrapulper for pulping, then the pulp is conveyed by pulp pump into high density cleaner for removing impurities, after cleaning, the pulp go into claflin refiner and double disc refiner for continuous pulping, finally the top layer pulp is ready to paper machine.

Cardboard Paper Bottom Layer Pulping Process

The raw material LOCC is conveyed by chain conveyor into D-type hydrapulper for pulping, after pulping, the pulp into high density cleaner for cleaning, the pulp will into M.C. pressure screen for coarse screen, following is the reject separator for removing light impurities in the pulp, then the pulp go into middle density cleaner for cleaning, and the M.C. pressure screen is for fine screen, after fine screen, the 1st and 2nd low density cleaner for removing heavy impurities, then the pulp will go through inclined screen for pulp washing and thickening, finally the bottom layer pulp also is ready to paper machine.
