Paper Pulping Process
Top Layer Pulping: The raw material is conveyed into D-type hydrapulper for pulping, then the pulp into high density cleaner to remove impurities, after cleaning, the pulp go through inclined screen into double disc refiner for further pulping, finally the top layer pulp is ready.
Bottom Layer Pulping: The raw material firstly into drum pulper for pulping, after pulping, the pulp into high density cleaner for cleaning, then the pulp will go into coarse and fine screen stage, after screening, the pulp go through refiner equipment for further pulping, then the bottom pulp is ready for paper machine.
