A boiler is an energy converter that uses heat or other thermal energy released by combustion of a fuel to heat a working water or other fluid to a certain parameter.
Working Principle Of Boiler
The main working principle of the boiler is a thermal device that uses the heat energy released after the combustion of the fuel or the waste heat in the industrial production to transfer the water in the container to the required temperature or a certain pressure of steam. The boiler is carried out simultaneously in the “pot” and “furnace”. After the water enters the boiler, the heat absorbed by the boiler heating surface in the steam-water system is transferred to the water, and the water is heated to a certain temperature and pressure of hot water or steam, which is taken out to apply. In the combustion equipment part, the combustion of the fuel continuously releases heat, and the high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion transmits heat to the heating surface of the boiler, and the temperature itself gradually decreases, and finally is discharged by the chimney.
