In August, 2017, Leizhan deliver the M.C. pressure screen, low density cleaner, agitator, etc to Jiangxi, China for 200tpd fireworks paper making project.
M.C. Pressure Screen& Low Density Cleaner
M.C. Pressure Screen: Mainly used for pulp coarse and fine screening in paper pulping process.
1. Barrel is 304ss, rotor is 316L, rotor blade is high-end custom.
2. Screen basket provide the 304 stainless steel or 316L stailless steel.
3. Base plate one-time formed, stable running.
4. Automatic oil injection device is from Korea; Automatic water device from Finland; Bearing is NSK from Japan, mechanical seal is double face, made by American.
Low Density Cleaner: Mainly used for removing heavy impurities in the pulp.
1. The bottom of cone is ceramics cone, wear-resisting, it ensure the equipment long service life.
2. It ca be divided into open and closed discharge type for different needs. Open types has the advantage of no-blocking; Closed type has the advantage of clean working environment.
