In October, 2017, the D-type hydrapulper, cleaning equipment, fractionating screen equipment and pulp pump are delivered to Vietnam for 220tpd kraft paper making. Vietnam paper mill purchase Leizhan complete set of paper pulping equipment for kraft paper making, this is the first delivery.
Paper Pulping Equipment
High Density Cleaner: High density cleaner is mainly used after hydrapulper equipment for removing heavy impurities in the pulp. Pulp inlet and deslagging tank is SS304, ans the deslagging tank has two discharge valve with high quality; Ceramics cone is wear-resisting; PLC control cabinet is equipped.
Low Density Cleaner: Low density cleaner is mainly used in screening stage for removing impurities. The bottom of cone is ceramics, wear-resiatant, ensures stable deslagging and long service life. Divided design, easy to install and replace.
Pulp Pump: Pulp Pump is mainly for conveying pulp in paper pulping process, High efficiency, energy saving. The average operating efficiency than ordinary paper pulp pump 3-10 percentage points. Energy saving, saving up to 15-30%.
