In December 2014, a new kraft liner paper processing line was successfully commissioning at the paper mill in India. The target of the kraft liner paper producer was to maintain advanced and high efficient kraft liner paper making system which is equipped with Leizhan state-of-the-art technology and innovation. Meanwhile, Leizhan supplies customized designs for papermaker to meets the high quality requirements of paper mill.
Leizhan delivers the whole kraft paper processing line to India paper mill: from pulping system, kraft paper machine to individual auxiliary equipment and accessories. Pulping equipment Leizhan supply contains: Chain conveyor, D type hydrapulper, High density cleaner, Mid consistency pressure screen, Reject separator, mid density cleaner, Double disc refiner, Inflow pressure screen, etc.
Kraft paper machinery Leizhan supplied for the paper mill has a width of 1880-5800 mm and will produce 45-750 kraft paper and testliner paper at a working speed of 150-800 m/min. Besides, innovative services and quik-wear parts were included in the delivery.
