Main equipment: Chain conveyor, Drum pulper, High density cleaner, Mid consistency pressure screen , etc.
Craft paper stock preparation process:
Firstly, waste paper is conveyed by Chain conveyor into the D type hydrapulper or Drum pulper for pulping.
Secondly, use High density cleaner to remove heavy impurities like staples, stones, glassed from the slurry.
Besides, screening system equipments like Mid consistency pressure screen, Fiber separator, Reject separator, and so on will be used for coarse and fine screening of the pulp.
Furthermore, low density cleaner group will be used for further cleaning the pulp.
Finally, the pulp is conveyed into NLS inflow pressure screen for the last step of pulp processing. After that, the pulp is conveyed into headbox for paper making.
