In the first week using of hydrapulper equipment rotors, the most frequent problem is that there was rubbish rope breakage, so what’s the reason?
1. The pulping vortex of rotor is strong, and wire winding opportunities is large.
2. Inadequate iron wire in the waste paper, uneven distribution caused rubbish rope uneven thickness, strength is not enough, once in contact with the rotor
for a long time it may cause rubbish rope broken, and even wrapped around the rotor.
3. Waste paper pulp concentration fluctuations is large, when the concentration is low, the rubbish rope is easily contact with the rotor, so waste paper should be added as
uniformly as possible to ensure the stability of the concentration.
