High Efficient Bale Breaking Equipment

High Efficient bale breaker equipment is specially designed and manufactured by Leizhan engineers by absorbing and introducing domestic and oversea advanced technologies. It is used for bale breaking and selecting of waste paper or paper board in paper stock preparation system.

Functions of High Efficient bale breaking equipment

1. Break bales function.

Packed tightly waste paper bundle is conveyed from chain conveyor to feed bins, and then to dry screening system for bale breaking. Under the effect of professional designed reliable mechanical structure, the waste paper bales can be breaked into sheets in short time.

2. Screen and remove impurity function.

Inclusion in the waste paper like small light and heavy impurities can be effectively removed from professional designed screen body.

3. Selection and classification function.

Large impurity, heavy impurity, inferior waste paper, and high-grade paper which are dispersed in sheets are distributed on the chosen chain plate. Exposed large light and heavy impurity, some waste paper adverse to pulp making, and some high-grade paper are sorted out to use more effective.
