- Pulp Input: A hydraulic headbox is used to evenly distribute the pulp, ensuring consistent paper formation.
- Forming Stage: In the 21-meter-long wire section, the pulp is dewatered to form wet paper, creating the initial paper structure.
- Pressing Process: The paper undergoes two large-diameter presses (Ø1500mm) to further remove excess moisture and improve paper strength.
- Drying Treatment: Multiple Ø1800mm and Ø1500mm drying cylinders quickly and effectively dry the wet paper to the required moisture content.
- Winding Stage: Finally, the finished product is wound into rolls by a paper winding machine, ready for subsequent packaging and transportation.
