1. The soft roll calender is a pressing area composed of high temperature hot roll and special soft roll, and is decorated under high line pressure with a small amount of pressing area (1 ≤ 4).
2. The calender process is a process of heat energy and mechanical energy transfer to paper. In the calender process, the elastic soft roll presses the high and low parts of the paper on the smooth metal hot roll surface, and in the pressing zone, due to the deformation of soft roll and the slight difference in angular velocity caused by different diameters, the elastic soft roll presses the high and low parts of the paper on the smooth metal hot roll surface, resulting in micro-sliding through the surface shearing and rubbing.
3. Make the pulp components that are heated in the high temperature region reach the glass transition temperature to produce the plasticizing and “flowing” pulp components to gently rub;
