Pulping Equipment Delivered for Iran Packaging Paper Project
On the morning of April 2, 2025, the first batch of key pulping equipment for the Iranian packaging paper production project—a disc thickener and its accessories—was officially loaded and shipped. With its strong technical capabilities and rich experience, Leizhan has won high recognition from paper manufacturing customers.
Disc thickeners are key equipment in the pulping process, undertaking the important tasks of pulp concentration and white water recovery. The disc thickeners supplied by Leizhan this time employ several patented technologies: a special fan-shaped disc design provides a large filtration area, resulting in high and stable pulp concentration; optimized hydraulic flow reduces unit energy consumption by more than 20%.
