Pulp Preparation System Equipment for 500,000-Ton Tissue Paper Project
Recently, Leizhan and Asia Pulp & Paper (Shandong) Co., Ltd. reached a significant strategic cooperation agreement, successfully signing a contract for the supply of a complete pulp preparation system for Phase II of a 500,000-ton-per-year tissue paper project. This cooperation marks a further deepening of the two companies’ collaboration in the paper industry and is of great significance for improving the efficiency and quality of tissue paper production.
The pulp preparation system covered by this cooperation encompasses the entire production process, including a pulp bag conveying system, medium-consistency and high-consistency pulpers, high-consistency descaling devices, double-disc refiners, flow feed system pressure screens, and a waste paper treatment system, among other core pulping equipment. This equipment will continuously provide high-quality pulp to the project’s four crescent paper machines (TM35-38) and two hand towel machines (TM39-40), effectively supporting the efficient and stable operation of the entire production line.
The cooperation with Asia Pulp & Paper not only further consolidates Leizhan’s leading position in the papermaking equipment industry, but also provides a wide range of customers with stable and efficient production solutions.
