Overview of High Technology Vibrating Screen

Structure of Vibrating Screen
Leizhan ZSK Series Vibrating Screen is made up with screening body, vibration exciter, damping spring, pulp storage tank, water spray, elastic coupling etc.
The screening body is made up with screening frame, screening plate and seal chamber, the whole screen body is bearing on four spring shock absorber.
The vibration exciter is made up with eccentric block on the main shaft and bearing, and is fastened on screen frame’s center of gravity position.
Motor is through flexible coupling to drive shaft rotation, eccentric block vibrates screen body.
The pulp storage tank is equipped with flash-board to adjust pulp of ram, by adjusting the pulp level, to make the pulp liquid lower than the bottom part of serous submerged air seal chamber, to form an air seal.
