60T/D Tissue/Toilet Paper Roll Production Project Egypt
At the end of 2013, Leizhan foreign trade manager, Mr. Liu and Egypt customer signed a contract and Leizhan will supply a complete 60T/D tissue/toilet paper roll manufacturing project to Egypt paper mill. Leizhan has paid high attention to the project as it is Leizhan’s largest tissue paper manufacturing project of in Egypt, the value of the order will not be disclosed. The delivery of the paper devices is scheduled for the end of 2015.
Machines contained for the new tissue/toilet paper roll production project as follows: D type hydrapulper, High density cleaner, Mid consistency pressure screen, Pulp chest, Pulp pump, Claflin refiner, Double disc refiner, Pressure screen before paper machine, etc.
Claflin refiner: Mainly apply for pulping, improving slurry beating degree to meet the paper making needs., which can be used with double disc refiner in series.
Inflow pressure screen: Adopt inflow structure and it is used for fine screening of paper pulp. High production capacity, energy saving.
